Resolved

On the morning of August 15 at 8:38 AM ET, we received reports of some Jawnt Pass transactions declining at transit gates and parking garages. Investigation identified an issue with our payment processor that affected a small portion of customers.

The issue was resolved by the engineering team at 8:59 AM ET, and successful transactions were confirmed by 9:03 AM ET. All systems were confirmed fully operational by 9:06 AM ET.

We are working with our payment processor to understand the cause and have enhanced monitoring to detect and address any similar issues with upstream providers.
